The prices for device support are included in the yearly, monthly, and hourly plans. These rates do not cover the entire amount of your bill, which may include additional expenses for repairs, such as in the event that a product is broken or any parts required to fix a device.
Before any support is given, a detailed report outlining your support needs and associated expenses will be forwarded for approval.
