The prices for device support are included in the yearly, monthly, and hourly plans. These rates do not cover the entire amount of your bill, which may include additional expenses for repairs, such as in the event that a product is broken or any parts required to fix a device.

 

Before any support is given, a detailed report outlining your support needs and associated expenses will be forwarded for approval. ​

Why do you offer a monthly support plan?

What if I have more than 1 device that needs support?

While selecting the hourly support option over a plan enables you to quickly resolve an issue or complete a single deployment without needing management and monitoring services.

What if I don't need support for the entire month?
When requiring help or any other kind of service, it is crucial to make sure you pick the appropriate option. It just doesn’t make sense to sign up for a support package, have us handle everything, and then ask for a refund the next day. Because of this, we do not grant refunds for any of our services.

When it comes to any of our hardware that was installed, we do issue refunds in certain circumstances. If your service required us to buy hardware and you decided it is no longer needed or not what you expected, we would return the money we spent on the hardware on your behalf within 30 days of installation being complete. Every type of hardware removal is subject to our hourly support pricing.
What brands and system do you work with?
